Change is Hard

Meh will be revamped come February, and become an actual blog. But I’m waiting till I turn a quarter of a century for that to happen.

My Opinion Matters

Since I no longer have an actual television in my apartment, I was unable to watch the Golden GLobes last night. Not that I really care that much to watch it live, I am much more content watching 8 straight hours of the X Files (true story), but there is something about the red carpet that gives me a bit of mushy tummy. I think the tell tale sign of a promising actor or actress is how they dress themselves at a red carpet event. Now, there have been a few actors, who, in their youth, rocked something fashioned off the racks of Forever 21, but who have shimmied their way into the stylish set. Michelle Williams being the first who comes to mind.

Getting back to last night’s awards show though….it just lacked……intrigue? There was only ONE, and I mean ONE look that was exciting and beautiful and flattering. And it was on an actress who I can hardly stand to look at 99.9% of the time.

Cameron Diaz totally brought it to the table in Chanel Haute Couture. Her dress and makeup totally made up for the fact that her hair could stand some Sun-In. Aside from that, she looked fabulous.
